Claudis Have is a cozy café and shop offering takeaway, lunch dishes, sandwiches and salads full of flavor, as well as delicious coffee specialties. Claudis Have bakes its own rolls and cakes and prepares pickled specialties for the menu and for sale in the shop.
The ingredients are of high quality, with a selection of local and organic products.
At Claudis Have, we prepare our own spinach falafels, lentil patties and dressings, and we offer gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan alternatives.
We have our own bakery, where we bake fresh rolls daily. Cakes, crispbread, sandwich rolls and cookies are baked continuously.
When the weather allows, you can also enjoy a nice lunch or specialty coffee outdoors.
Inside the café, you will find a shop with a wide range of specialty products. Among other things, you can buy flour from the Aurion mill, lentils from Linser for Livet, exciting juices and our homemade jam.
